It’s excellent. I gave it as a gift to my friend and She loved it. She finds it very comfortable to place the baby and doesnt need to bend & also gets hand rest on the sides. It’s exactly as shown in the image.

budget can be the only reason that parents buy an infant carrier without strong support. Hoopa Covered pillow provides all around cover and at same time a strong back support for relaxing baby. Baby gets deep sleep and sweet comfort when held in Hoopa

Overall handling wise great product
I did not buy directly from hoopa website and so I did not get FREE removable mattress.
Inside it is very hard to lay down the baby. I added smooth cloth and it will b nice.

Ergonomically perfect for baby feeding, easy and comfortable for both mom and baby.
Covering and its cushioning is of good quality, the base is sturdy and holds the baby perfectly.
The base is hard & inner cushioning could have been better at this price range.
Very usefull for feeding and carrying the baby especially for doctor/vaccination visits.
Definately recommended. As usual good service by Hoopa, u guys rock !
